RealtAir is a class-leading sales platform that allows real estate professionals to access data, appraise, list and sell properties. RealtAir engaged Bliss Digital to redesign their site to showcase the business as an industry leader with clear call-to-actions for lead generation for their online platform.

The key challenge we faced was in designing an information architecture to engage potential customers with the product features/benefits and also help current customers find resources and helpful information.

Despite the breadth and complexity of information on offer, the design of the site is clean and simple, with a focus on readability for the user across all devices. This also means the site is easy for the internal team to update and maintain. This focus on ease of use was carried across to the CMS, which was built so that all content editors could use the site confidently.

We continue to work with RealtAir, refining and improving the site on an ongoing basis in line with the feedback they receive from their users.
