The Drone Information Hub (drones.gov.au) is an integral initiative under the National Emerging Aviation Technologies (NEAT) Policy Statement, a commitment by the Australian Government to foster the growth and vitality of the emerging aviation technologies sector in Australia. The primary objective of the drone information hub is to provide a centralised web-based portal where users can access comprehensive information related to drones.

The project focuses on delivering a seamless user experience that enables visitors to easily find relevant information and navigate the site effortlessly. Integration of information and links from various government websites, such as the Civil Aviation Safety Authority website and state and territory websites, is crucial to consolidate drone-related resources. Additionally, the website aims to facilitate public interaction through a questions and complaints submission portal, promoting engagement and addressing concerns effectively.

As the chosen provider, Bliss Digital prioritised creating a seamless user experience for visitors, ensuring easy access to relevant information and effortless navigation. The website acted as a one-stop-shop for both commercial and recreational drone operators, as well as the general public interested in drones.

This consolidation of resources enabled users to access a wealth of drone-related information and external resources conveniently.
