The National Transport Commission (NTC), a federal government agency, were seeking a partner from the GovCMS panel, to deliver a new website for their National Rail Skills Hub. The National Rail Skills Hub is a program being run by the NTC, designed as a virtual partnership that will connect and facilitate a collaborative approach between and across industry and governments, playing a coordinating role to help grow skills capacity and capability for the Australian rail sector.

Underpinning all of this work will be a website that showcases the outcomes of the program and centralises information about rail skills providers and initiatives.

Bliss was selected from the GovCMS Panel to design and develop the website on the GovCMS SaaS platform. Through our Human-Centred Design process, we were able to create an information-rich site that engages with its audiences and expresses its core values. Features of the website include case studies, embedded videos, e-news updates/subscriptions, site-search and a knowledge hub.

Our Drupal GovCMS team set up the GovCMS backend so that NTC staff could easily update content throughout the website. The website was successfully launched in late 2022. It represents a best-in-class, modern, user-friendly website on the GovCMS platform.
