Bayside Council (NSW) engaged us to audit and update their web presence in 2018. Council's mission involves embracing the concept of community capacity building; facilitating the ability of community members, governments and business to take the steps to find solutions to issues in their own communities.

We needed to work with Council to create a user experience that reflected their mission. The challenge was to create a website that would be easy-to-use, and present complex information in a clear and simplified way, that made sense to their diverse audience.

We wanted people to come to the Council website and feel, regardless of their need, that they had come to the right place. The website also needed to be evocative of the region.

The new website is now live, and we continue to partner with Bayside, collaborating to optimise the experience to everyone who visits the site.
