Greater Western Water
New website design and build - Human-Centred Design - GovCMS
In July 2021, City West Water and Western Water integrated to become Greater Western Water and saw an evolution of branding to reflect this change.
As a continuation of our relationship with City West Water, Bliss Digital was engaged to complete the new Greater Western Water website. We worked with stakeholders and the brand team, to apply the welcoming new look and feel to a digital setting for the first time.
With WCAG AA standards as a priority and working closely with UX designers to anticipate user needs, we created wireframes to sketch out the flow of the new site, to ensure new and existing customers were not confused by the changes and could easily complete essential tasks. The designs feature a location checker to direct users during the time of transition, and to minimise disruption.
Our experienced team of developers implemented the new design with the clients choice of GovCMS, for its simplicity and extensibility. Our structured and Agile project approach, allowed us to complete the build with a fast turn around of just one month.
